from the idiotic office staff to the bug infested apartments. not worth it.

I agree with you about the staff, you must have an IQ below 50 to work in the leasing or managment office. Frankly it's shocking how incompetent they are. Their 24 hours service guarantee is an absolute joke. Your lucky if they EVER come. As far as the bugs, I dont have that problem with that being said I sealed up the whole place when I moved in (behind all the appliances) with foam sealant and I havent seen one mouse or rat or any rodent.

Well if YOUR apartment has bugs, you should probably look at how well you clean up after yourself. Bugs do not just show up for no reason. People who have bugs usualy have dirty apartments with food and trash left out for days (A main reason for bugs) I hope that you don't have that problem at the apartment that you move to, but I will bet that you will get bugs again.

I had bugs in my apartment the day I moved in. I moved in my furniture about a month later and everywhere I would see these flat bugs (BED BUGS). I didn't know that at the time they were bed bugs because I had never seen them. They bit me everywhere and I got the hives because of that. There are RATS there-the buildings facing the pool where there is a walkpath behind where water comes out near the stairs ---rats are in there (small ones). I see them all the time.
