I don't know where to start....lol. I'm from Northern VA and I moved around alot to say that this is the worst place I've ever moved into. This Archstone is really really old building that used to be called other apartments or condos or something. Only thing they did was interior renovations so anything that goes on behind your drywalls, man you don't want to even think about it. First of all, if you don't live on top floor, forget about it. You can hear people upstairs even when they are tip toeing. You can hear people breathing! You'll hear floor cracking even when you walk. I had 2 mice found, ants, etc.. There will be a problem with your unit every single week. Water, heating, AC, or electricity. AC units are probably original, so that means you'll have mold somewhere in your apartment. Guest parking sucks. You'll have to walk pretty far or there are very limited. There are other better places in the area, You'll regret signing that lease right after 1 week. I'll guarantee you that.

Only good thing about this place is the location. Close to DC.
