We have lived at this apartment for almost a year and have had nothing but problems from day 1. I was nailing a picture up on a wall, and the whole hammer went through the wall (trust me, i was not hitting very hard!). We have had many issues with the terrible construction of the building, from crappy carpeting to bad very thin walls. We had neighbors who had like 30 cats and the whole building smelled terrible, everyone complained and all they did was come talk to them (it still smells bad!). The maintenance is poor, especially when they hire outside maintenance to come in to fix things. Everything we have called them to fix, is still broken, or broke shortly after.

There were several robberies in our area as well! I borrowed my brother-in-laws truck to move something, and overnight it was towed away, no notice or anything!

YOU DON'T HAVE FULL CONTROL OF THE A/C OR HEAT!!!! The complex has to decide between one or the other, its like i'm back in college! Not to mention the walls and ceilings are paper thin.

Please do not rent here, we are leaving very soon!

yea these apartments suck but you do know that unless the vehicle had a sticker or was parked in the visitor spot you will get towed. towing is very much so enforced.
