I pity the people who had to deal with the management team over at Pointe at Park Center and moved to Archstone Park Center.
It will probably be the same management team that mistreated the renters there (Remember all those bad reviews on apartment ratings') Boy, will they be furious!!!

Archstone probably got a good deal to get out of the construction nightmare mess, or Crescent Heights paid them a sum they couldn't pass up.

There were 2 or 3 builders. I think 3
for sure (My friend tells me stories of this place when he lived at 3101 park center watching it be built).. First one went bankrupt, property sat.
Second one didn't finish (property sat again) or sold to Esplanade who finished.

Esplanade got out of the whole deal and sold to Archstone who took it upon themselves to try
to fix the garage leak problem (and I think
got some reimbursement from Esplanade).

Esplanade maintenance team was unable to fix
some problems and unresponsive (maybe because
they knew they were selling). I don't think they had
many maintenance people staffed. Archstone's maintenance staff was compentent.
They were able to fix problems.
