Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
maintenance was notified of sprinkler problem around 10:30 pm a sprinkler that was leaking.
and 5 hours later, everyone was notified at 3:30 am
when the fire alarm went off. It got maintenance, the fire department, and residents out of bed.
This is a yearly event at whatever you want
to call this building ... and will continue
to be as long as this area has winters.
Now they will probably turn off the sprikler system causing this place to be a death trap.
