Worth the investment and best deal for the money these days

Terrific location, virtually new buidling with all you can ask for out of an apartment/condo, and very convient for errands. I've lived there for over 6 months and can't understand why people would complain about the complex. It is clean, has a gym, a pool, covered parking with plenty of guest spots, secure, quiet, and is right near I-395 so getting around is a sinch.
