Who would want to purchase a 726 sq foot apartment for close to $270,000 and endure all the problems that come with it' I can definitely vouch for the silver fish, as I just had to get rid of one this morning. I was told this past summer that the silver fish, which live in the attic, come out only when the weather gets warmer. As you can see from the date of this comment, it is no longer warm and we still have silver fish around. The fire alarm system is absolutely horrible. My hearing gets impaired a couple times a month when the alarm goes off from anywhere between 10-30 minutes at all hours of the day. Since I've been living here, we've received 2 to 3 notices that they are going to work on the alarm system but have obviously failed to correct it since we are still being deafened by the alarm system every month. Since Crescent Heights took over, as renters, we've been screwed over numerous times. They treat the renters bad and have decided that in order to benefit their needs, they are going to change the parking situation once again and assign parking spots. If you are going to mess with our parking, why charge the extra $80 for an addt'l spot' I considered the option of buying my apartment but after seeing the ridiculous price tag and getting screwed over by the new management team, there is no way that I would want to buy from them. As for trying to get out of the lease early so they can sell my unit, I was told that I would have to pay 2 months rent to break the lease. So, I guess I'll have to stay until my lease ends and keep on dealing with the bad treatment from Crescent Heights. Save your time and money, go look somewhere else!
