There is something to be said for management company of an apartment complex to turn over annually - is it because there are so many problems - I think so. I've lived here for a few years, only because of my work location. I can only repeat what others have said - DON'T BUY! They have made NO improvements over the past few years - garage still leaks on cars, fire alarms continue to go off every other days (sometimes leading to serious property damage), management is always rude and never organized. This is not the place to call home!
