I've lived at this property for a year and am very happy here. I totally agree with what the other positive reviews have had to say. I have shopped the area and there are really no better deals out there. I watched the developer buy and sell the apartment community next to us last year and those people made an absolute killing. By not buying last year I missed out on $60K profit. This is a nice place. Perfect for for a first home. The location is great and there are some really cool people living here.
