Does anyone know the # of apartments that
flooded this year'
Were there problems in building 3' I've heard
a rumore that several units were flooded
and condemmed this year' Will yours be next'
It was kind of funny to get freeze warnings from management since management is NEVER PROACTIVE,
always REACTIVE.
These units are not winter proof. Just look at the parking garage and how many times the sprinkler system pipes burst every winter. This past winters cold spell caused some pipes in
the apartments to freeze and break, flooding
some.
Can you say there will be lawsuits against the new condo association raising your rates
when this type of crap happens'
Good luck new buyers! You will need it.
