Don't buy - this place sucks

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
I've been living here for 2 years and my lease is up in a month. They offered me "special pricing" to buy it since I was already a resident. I laughed at them. $450,000 for this piece of garbage' You're kidding me. The floors are cracking apart in the hallways, the parking decks are leaking, the fire alarms go off for no reason, the elevators break every week (kind of pain when you're carrying groceries to the third floor. I'm gonna go ape$hit if they break when I'm moving out.) But aside from everything I just described that makes this place suck, the management is awful! Rude, inconsiderate, and condesceding. So you got that going for you. It's a nice place to look at on the surface, but that's about it. SAVE YOUR MONEY! BUY SOMEPLACE ELSE!
