I agree with everything, good and bad, in the previous reviews. I lived in a unit with a wooded view, which was nice in the summer but beware the crows in the winter. Think of Hitchcock?s The Birds. Hundreds of crows roost in the woods over the winter, very noisy in the evening and early morning.





One thing that nobody has mentioned is that there is only 1 towel rack above the toilet in both bathrooms (in the 2bed, 2bath unit). You can?t really hang bath towels there because they will hit the top of the toilet. You would think that a "luxury apartment" as they advertise would have bath towel racks. We installed a bath towel rack ourselves.





I heard of one car that was broken into in the time I lived there. It was on a Sat afternoon, so no guard was on duty. Management sent out a notice to everyone the next day.





One minor complaint that I have is that I never received a notice 2 months before my lease was up reminding me that I am supposed to give 2 months notice if I don?t intend to renew my lease. They said that they sent it out, but I never received it. I remembered this 1 month before my lease was up so I had to pay an extra months rent, ouch! Ultimately it was my fault, but it would have been nice if they were a little more flexable. They did allow me to pay the extra month over the next 3 months though.





We moved out because we needed a bigger place. Security deposit was returned on time with no problems.
