My husband and I moved to Palazzo at Park Center durning the summer of 2007 from an equity apartment and have loved every second of it. Great location to DC and Old Towne plus the shopping off of King/Route 7/Leesburg Pike. Easy commute by bus (metro or dash) to the Pentagon or King metro stations. Our neighbors are really nice and friendly. Great dog community. Monthly social parties which are a ton of fun. The pool is never busy. Not a ton of visitor parking but plenty of street parking after 7. Management is very responsive and helpful. Buildings/hallways are clean and well maintained. Overall a great place to live. Perfect for first time buyers or renters.

Absolutely agree with the "great place to live". I lived in this community in 2005 and 2006 and am hoping to get back in... That's why I'm searching this site. The condo conversion invested in numerous nice extras like hardwood floors, crown molding, cherry cabinets and granite countertops. Most units are just very nice places to live. I really liked how close these units are to my old (soon to be new) office in Arlington.

There are a lot of foreclosure at rock bottom prices for you to look at. Everyone who bought during the conversion is taking serious losses.

Can anyone comment in the parking situation? We have been told that one spot is free and then 2nd is in visitors parking. What's it like? guaranteed? Most likely not?
