I lived here over a year, and I could get past the paper thin walls but not the disorganized, unnecessarily defensive, completely unhelpful, rude staff. I felt uncomfortable in my own home as a result of a Ms. Jeanne White who rules the main office and goes well beyond unhelpful with her adversarial response to all and any questions, resulting in NO ANSWERS; she really is just plain mean. I never did get an answer to my question regarding the visitor parking pass procedures. She harrassed family and guests of mine on many occasions, once even ordering the poor security guy to follow me to my house, and "find out where I live." He did; apologizing all the way. Focus seems to be placed on exerting control as opposed to answering questions and providing the service of constructively managing and answering condo owners' questions. I have advised MANY not to live here. I too am out, out, out of here!! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
