Stayed here for about two years, and it was a good place to get started, but they had a serious problem with roaches. Daily to weekly I would see roaches in the hallway, specifically on the second floor. I believe that they have done a lot of changes since I have lived there, but there were definitely some problems with the apartment at the time.

Very True, the roach problem at the Aspen is ongoing. The management only goes after the roaches when the complaints turn into screams. I know of one resident who collected the roches and kept them in her freezer for the health department. She had the building cited twice.

I know of some residents who saved some roaches and deposited them in the office rent deposit box

Hello,
My name is Ken Stinson. I am a reporter at WLWT channel 5 in Cincinnati. I am working on a story about roaches and bugs. You wrote a opinion about your expereinces at the
Aspen. In it you both mentioned a bug problem. I wanted to know if you ever had to deal with bugs that ended up in electronics devices. We are interested in talking to people who have had bugs nest and or hide in their cable boxes, television sets, computers, vcr's, alarm clocks etc.
This would not be a story about the apartment complex.

Roaches that end up in you TV's, computers, VCR's and alarm clocks huh....that's one whacked news report Ken. I'll be shocked if we don't see you hosting 20/20 within the next 2 yrs.
