Hey, The View is nice, and as long as nothing goes wrong and you never have to deal with management, it's an OK place to live. The first time you ask or need anything from the management, she will make your life hell. I have never seen such a toxic attitude before. The pool closes before anyone has time to get home from work (6:00 pm), and there is almost no guest parking. If you lose your pool pass, you can't swim for the rest or the year. The whole atitude is that the tenants are the enemy. It's just not worth it. I have already given notice.

I'm not management or a pushover - I just don't have the same problems. Management has always treated me politely - I have never had a single problem with them - maint. issues have always been handled quickly. Like I said...you get what you give.

Tennants inital complaint is valid, and this first response is either from management or some push-over. Management's attitude is and has been unacceptable for the past 1.5 years since I've been here. If you are a pushover and don't mind: roaches/moldy heating and AC units/nasty old management ladies/etc. then you will understand 1st respondents views.
