Aspen House

Nice place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005 1 response   I have been living at The Aspen since April of this year. I think it's a nice place to live. The rent is great, the neighborhood is nice and all the residents I have encountered were all pleasant. I haven't had any issues with management. Any problems that I have had in my apartment thus far (simple things like my fire alarm needed a new battery, my oven pilot went out) have all been taken care of in a very timely manner. The only thing that I thought was a bit much is the fact that I had to buy my own drapes and pay for any guests that may want to visit the pool. I haven't had any unwanted guests in my apartment or on my floor for that matter. I'm sorry that others have had unfortunate experiences at The Aspen. I really like it here and would recommend it in a heartbeat.
