Decent place, poor management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/21/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Nice view, reasonable price, good sized apartment, pretty safe neighborhood. However, there are problems with bugs/roaches, and the appliances are quite old. Management is completely rude, and very difficult to deal with. If you have to go to them for any reason, you are in trouble. Also, make sure you give 60 days notice when you move out, or they will keep extending your lease without your consent.
