I know of at least a dozen tenents who have been evicted after complaining to the management or owners.
I know at least two who were evicted just because they were complaing to other tenents.
Be aware that the SS is alive and well in this building.

This can't be true - I'm going to head down tomorrow and start complaining (and I have plenty of valid complaints). Let's see that donkey try to evict me......

My boyfriend and I were actually one of the tenants that were kicked out for complaining about the management company. We helped form a tenants association, and once the front office caught wind of it, we were handed an eviction notice. Now mind you, we were never late on our rent, so when we asked for an explination the office manager refused to give us one and said that they don't have to give reasons! What kind of management is that?!?! I haven't lived there in almost 3 years, and I'm still upset at the way the tenants were treated there!
