Totally agree with this posting, I have had only minor issues during my 2 1/2 years at the Aspen. I live on a high floor, no bugs, great view, lots o' parking, gym, etc, if people hate it soooooo much then just move out and pay the fee to break the lease...I mean, many of you sound like it's the end of the world or something. Anyway, I like it here, I may like it even more if some of you spoiled brats moved out!!

Bull Crap!!! Looks like the management finally found someone to write propaganda for them.
Murder, False Alarms, poor security and VERY high tenent turnover are SERIOUS problems, and affect ALL tenents. No one is being a cry-baby if they are concerned with these issues, and I doubt a REAL tenent would suggest it.
How about those tenents who were evicted for complaining to other tenents? Was THAT fair?
Management has a RESPONSIBILITY to manage in an ethical & moral fashion. They have failed miserably.

Message poster: you are a donkey (whether you are mgmt or not). Umm, the outside door not latching is unsafe. The Asspen does not have quick access to anything except the W-A-F-L-E shop and all the prof. and polite latinos around it. The gym sucks, and smells like that sweaty shirtless guy who goes in there and throws the num-chucks around. I am out of here in 3 months, and found place twice as good for same price. I hope some mold starts growing on marielisa's big bellycave.

Wow, something tells me that "mgtwhitewashagain" and "ThesbianAspenMgr" are the same person...people are amazing to me...you should feel lucky that you even have a gym in your apartment building. I personally know of an incident in which a tenent caused a major problem for the management and the mgmt. knew who was behind it and they did not get evicted so I'm highly doubtful of your claims. You probably don't pay your rent on time and complain ALL THE TIME about very minor issues...gee can't imagine why you've had "issues" with them. And yes, I am a real tenent of 2 1/2 years, I just happen to have a handle on reality and thank God that I can afford to not have to live somewhere like the place down the street (Portals of Alexandria)....a door not latching is the least of those people's problems. A false fire alarm a couple times a year (there were two over the summer) is hardly the end of the world...these sorts of things happen everywhere. I think that some of these posters are just sad people that like to complain about every single little thing that they don't like. Oh well, I guess there are people like that everywhere too. I mean honestly, if this place is the really as horrible as you describe it then if I were you I'd think that the fee I'd have to pay to break my lease and move out would be worth it...yet you're still here...hmmmm....

....if you don't live on a lower floor where the roaches are, and you don't live right above the nasty garbage bins, or right above the nasty pool that attracks mosquitos and smells like your Mom's hoop, then shut the F up and let those who do suffer in those conditions complain about it. Jackass.
