Hello,
I lived in the Aspen for several years. I ALWAYS paid my rent on time, was quiet, and never caused any problems for my fellow tenents. I did complain to the owners over a couple of management issues.
I was EVICTED. If any of you think that the owners or management of the Aspen are at all reasonable, you are mistaken.
While I lived in the Aspen, I noted numerous postings delated by the management.
Perhaps this, combined with the all-too-gushy praise, really ticks off some of the tenents. After all, everyone in the Aspen has had, or knows someone with an Aspen management Horror story. The manager has made herself nortorious in the NOVA rental community.
So, "I-love-it-here-is-so-perfect-and-they-don't-charge type posters, don't be surprised if we think you are fakes.
