It has only gotten worse ! By the way, if you move out, I'm told by several other former tenants, that you will lose your entire security deposit. Granted, they have to hire a Maid. Should a maid cost $200.00-$300.00? If you live there more than 4 years chances are they will need to replace the carpet anyway, especially if it was not new when you moved in. It's easy to tell if the carpet is brand new, you will not see any stain at all. So, since they have to replace the carpet, there is no cost in vaccuming, steam cleaning. Basically, they have to do minor detailing in the Fridge, Oven, and Bathroom. Perhaps the Maids have to be flown in from Geneva , Switzerland
