Real expensive From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/1/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Too expensive for an apartment, I Pay 1600 for a two bedroom apt here at avalon at cam court, nothing fancy, yes you have a pool, and small workout room-except the cardio theater machines --only half of them work some what of the time. The internet cafe-Way too much spam, it gets really frustrating when you just want to check your email and there's four pop-ups of 18yr and over fun girl sites. Ask how many Break-ins we have had in the past year (for a gated community) -you will be in shock. I have been looking in the alex area at other places and you can save- believe me look elsewhere. Not worth the money--
