The people on this chat board who are complaining about Avalon will complain about anything. I have lived in the Metro DC area for 11 years -- from slum lord places in DC to nice apartments in ALexandria and Arlington -- and I can say Avalon is one of the best. I and my boyfriend have had nothing but a wonderful experience. Were there problems -- yupp -- guess what that is life! But were they promptly fixed when possible -- YUPP!!! In a worde were customer service can be an oxymoron, Avalon is a walk change of pace. With polite and responsive staff and a clean and inviting atmosphere Avalon has been a great place to come home to.
