nice looking, but poorly managed From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/18/2001 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001   These are very nice apartments that look very inviting as you arrive home. Nicely mantained public areas, beautiful landscaping. However, they are poorly managed. Some of the management is less than friendly, they certainly do not make it a point to go out of there way to help, and there and many little quirks about the management such as, they dont notify you if a package has arrived that they are holding, they will charge for an extra gate card, and so forth.
