Avalon at Cameron Court

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/18/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I really like this apartment complex, it's close to Old Town, and the leasing staff has been great, but...there are a few things a potential resident should be aware of: The complex is VERY dog friendly and many of the residents here (especially in the townhomes) have dogs. I've seen a German Shepard, lots of labs, a rotweiler, and something that looked like a pitbull mix. Most residents are good about keeping them leased but you are living in their midst. I don't live close to the metro line in the complex, but it is quite noisy. I'd be mighty unhappy if I was closer because I don't think I'd be able to sleep at night. When helping me choose an apartment, the staff pointed out the pros and cons of the available apartments based on my needs. Having a garage is nice, but they are much smaller than standard size, so many residents have to leave their cars and SUVs outside.
