Avalon at Cameron Court

Will Miss It From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have lived at Avalon for the last year but alas have decided that I must find something cheaper. I have thoroughly enjoyed the last year though. My one BR is huge and has been a dream. Neighbors are nice--never had a problem with noise even tho many of them have dogs. The community is clean and beautiful. Living alone, I always felt safe--can't beat a gated community. Plenty of parking, which is also open and free for guests--anyone who has lived in Alexandria or Arlington knows what a luxury THIS is!! All in all, very disappointed that the polace is just too darn expensive for a single person.
