I just moved out of Cameron Court after an 18 month lease. Most of the time I was delighted to live there but last spring the managment changed and so did the class. The parties are now trashy, the staff ignores you when you walk in and then they don't remember who you are. There is a rule for everything they won't do to help you. They post stupid disciplinary messages rather than dealing with a specific problem or individuals. I live up scale because I can afford it and I don't want to hassle with a house or condo. I don't need to be treated or feel like lower class trash because I rent. The previous manager knew what customer service was, once she left I didn't even get return phone calls when I wanted to renew my lease for a larger unit. I gave up and moved into a better place at higher rent but at least I fell like I get what I pay for now. I will give them credit for attracting some nice tenants and a reliable maintenance staff. But don't expect to be treated upscale by the front office unless you really like stale grocery store package donuts still in the plastic instead of the former cooked, fun Sunday Brunches. You will be paying a stiff amenity fee for those donuts too. It's not just the lack of class alone, it's the attitude. Neighbors talk and visit when they walk their dogs and there are a bunch of unhappy tenants there at the moment and many vacancies. Ask your self why before you pay that "upscale" rent.

The last manager also talked about a lot of the residents once they left the office, I should know, I've lived here a while
