Close to metro, all amenities, very dog friendly, nice management staff. People may complain about the rent going up every year, well try living in Crystal City/Pentagon City/Ballston where rent goes up $600/year. It happens everywhere so if you are renting do not let that be the reason you don't rent here. I live in the biggest townhouse with 2 car garage and I couldn't be happier. Neighbors are great...mostly all young professionals. Very accessible, a great feeling to be out of the city but still close to everything going on. And where else can you live and actually be allowed to take your dog off of its leash and play' Not many places. Parking is not a problem. When I lived in other areas I couldn't leave after a certain time at night for fear of not finding parking...here it is not a problem at all. Ample parking and no required passes or towing problems. Noise is minimal when compared to other areas in the city. Prices are very comparable in a renting situation to most other metro-accesible apartment buildings.
