We have lived here for almost 2 years. When we first came, the office staff was WONDERFUL. There are new people now that are horrible!!!! They have rules about bbq grills and the people on the back side of our building have them. Scary! The dishwasher is really loud and the a/c seems to have alot of issues. I never hear the neighbors, which is good. The maintenance staff is great. We pay almost 2000.00 for rent which is way too much. Our kitchen is an embrassment. The stick on fake tile has come up and they could not replace it with anything that matches. Plus when the put the unmatched tiles down, they got glue all over the floor that will not come up. The grounds are always kept nice and the amenities are nice. I would say it is an okay place to live, but I am sure there are better ones out there.
