I came to Avalon after a HORRIBLE experience at fox chase on duke st. So for anyone that has safety complaints try living there.
The only time the gate is open is when someone has a move in scheduled, and the gate is left open for them to come in and out as well as any moving vans to come in and out with ease. After the alloted time is up, the gates are closed again.
Upon moving in, Huda was more than helpful in answering any questions we had, and also explaining everything in the lease clearly to us. The rent is reasonable, considering everything that comes with it. We came from a 2 bedroom at fox chase paying almost 1800 a month to live in the ghetto, to a two bedroom with a loft and tons of space for only 2045 in a great neighborhood with awesome neighbors.
Parking is never a problem, I always feel safe, the staff is awesome, they host events like friday morning brunch and pool parties, there is a free business center, free wireless in my apartment, a great pool, a state of the art gym and indoor basketball court, grills, and tons of apartment options. I love it here
