I've lived in these apartments for only 3 months now, and I can confidently say that they aren't anything special. They were very poorly made. The bedrooms are so drafty that I have to sleep with 3 comforters on my bed. I was without heat 6 times in my first 6 weeks of living there. Although the maintenance people were very polite and responsive, it took 6 "trys" before they were able to fix the problem and I'm still not 100% sure that it has been fixed. The office staff has been rude to me since the day I moved in. They are short on the phone and won't stay a minute past their posted open time to help you out. I recently moved in as well and have found the office staff to be quite polite, friendly and courteous. I have actually had one of the staff members go out of her way to accomodate me after 7 when I had to pick up a package that I needed and didn't think that I'd make it there on time. Usually, I find, when you're polite and nice to them, they reciprocate. I mean, they are people too, and believe it or not, have lives as well outside of their jobs. I personally appreciate the staff and find them to be friendly and personable.
