I put the fact here, the judgement is yours:

First: please read my recently monthly water bills an some emails: my monthly bill amount is as follows : 82.78$, 170.01$, 88.57$, 93.57$,85.59$, 82.62$ .....

Even if you do not spent a day in apartment, you still need to pay such water bill. I live in 4th floor in one bedroom apt. I use very little water.

Interesting. We just got slammed with some very high water bills, too. Maybe over the last 2 months.

You could call the water department and tell them about the high bill and ask them to check if there is a water leak. You would be doing a good deed for all your neighbors too and should be applauded. Or, you could file a complaint with the local government authority governing rental housing. Perhaps if you did this(or if enough people did this,) they will also look into whether or not you are being charged correctly.

I had the exact same problem and went into the leasing office a few weeks ago. The new manager pointed out that the bill was for two months and not the typical one month bill. Also, are you sure you want to be posting your address and when you are not home? That doesn't sound very safe for you or your neighbors.

I lived here in a one bedroom apartment in this community for over 2 years and my water bill was never more than $15. When the toilet leaked constantly it was $19. Call the City of Alexendria tenant ombudsman, they will help you.

I tried all I could, Now, I moved out, when I recalled 16 months here, how the manager treated me for 16 months, some months, even I only spent a few night here, and only took shower, I still paid more than 100$, in my water bill statement, they put spacial warning for me, and told me if I didn't pay on time, I needed to go the apartment manager, even I paid the full amount monthly. All this was a nightmare. I still pray if GOD really exist, I ask GOD to make a judgement on this case, on the how the manager treated me.

Is it me or ....From: 2610FoundryWay402 Date: 07/16/2008 ... sounds like they are either high or drunk? If you want to complain and make it believable, please use a dictionary and think before you write.
