So far, so good. My husband and I have lived here for a couple of months now and we really like it. It's in a safe area and there's always plenty of parking, and we really enjoy the amenities (gym and indoor bball court - can't comment on the pool, hot tub, or sand volleyball court just yet since it's not exactly the right season). The complaints I have so far would be that the walls are rather thin and I can hear neighbors' washers, dryers, and toilets, and some talking, but luckily I don't seem to have noisy neighbors so it's not much of a problem (I think if there was a partier above, below, or to the side it would be more problematic). The pet park is great if you have a dog - lots of space to run around and plenty of dogs in the community. I find the rent to be rather expensive, but for the amount of space we have, it was cheaper than living at any of the other communities in the area (Carlyle Place, Carlyle Mill, or Meridian at Eisenhower). It's a little further from the metro, but it's definitely still walkable and as an added bonus they have a free shuttle to either the yellow line or the blue line for commuters.
