Incompetent Management

The people in the management office were never organized enough to handle tenant concerns in a timely manner. I called and left several messages for the manager, as well as for specific members of the staff, and no one ever called me back. The staff sent maintenance into my apartment several times without my requesting service and without notice (they just made up service requests). I don't think it was malicious, just incompetent - still, my stomach hurt every time I would pull into the parking lot, thinking about whether someone had been in my home without my knowledge that day. I was never so happy as the day I moved out.
