From: Sylvain112 Date posted: 11/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I love the place! I just hate paying for water. Being from the south, you pat your own electricity, cable and gas. The community property pays for your water atleast. At times it seems the company only wants to bleed you dry. But at other times they can be the best people to deal with. Such as life (smile). I think I will live there one more year and then see about purchasing.
