I'm here as a traveler so I didn't pick this apartment complex. It has it's good points and bad points, like most places.
Secure parking and entry and alarm system for individual apartments. - Amenties are nice such as a fireplace, washer and dryer, although the tiny ones, pool and gym. The floor plan of the one bedroom is a bit weird making is difficult to arrange furniture. They allow dogs and cats - the problem and I speak as a dog owner, are the irresponsible dog owners that don't clean up after their dogs and give all dog owners a bad name. Some of this might be alleviated if the apt mgt would have more than one area in which they supply pooper scoop bags and a trash recepticle - they can afford it, they charge pet rent. Not every one will still clean up, because unfortunately there are always those types, but I think it would improve the compliance. I've lived in two buildings because they moved me. Both of them have leaks in the parking garages when it rains, and one of them even when it wasn't raining. Several cracks with mold in the walls in the stairwells. Maintenance isn't that hot. I had an AC leak and I had to call several times for them to come fix it, then they were supposed to come suck up all the water from the carpet and get it cleaned and they never did, even with me leaving several messages for them.....as a result I ended up with mold in my closet and I'm sure tons of it under my carpeting and I have severe allergies. I really haven't had too much of a problem with noise. Once in a while you might hear your neighbors...when I had some above me, walking across the floor and stuff or another dog barking. I've never had a problem with neighbors being so noisy that I've had to complain or ask them to turn down music or anything like that. For the most part, it's an average complex, not too bad as far as the staff. They are trying to remodel and update apartments.
