Property is Questionable From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/10/2005 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2005   The current property manager is far the best, but there are still a lot of problems with the apartments. The buildings are poorly constructed - you can hear everything. Anyone living facing the parking lot and you hear constant noise of vehicles coming and going along with people talking at all hours. You can even hear your neighbor while inside your apartment. The apartments are outdated - there are no microwaves and the kitchens and bathrooms need to be renovated. The windows are also airy. The maintenance crew doesn't always put their best effort forward in making repairs - sometimes they have to come back 2-3 times.
