Management - terrbile! We referred a friend, she's lived there for over a year, and mgmt never gave us our referral bonus. Not to mention they give you attitude just because you have a question.

Complaints - if youhave a pet the neighbors are so petty. And Mgmt always takes the side of the non-pet owner even thought they're paying less.

Remodeling - our building was painted halfway. Half of it is beige and the other half is blue. There are cracks from the ceiling down the walls.

Rent - very expensive for the sq ftg

Good points - if you get a remodeled apt then it should be pretty decent. Indoor, half basketball court.

Basketball Court - people from accross the street, from other apartments, get into our gym! They sneak in to use the basketball court.
