The main complaint is the neighborhood. I feel like I am in the ghetto. We saw a guy about to light his crack pipe on our outside stairs of building 100. I have also seen drug deals across the street. The price is ridiculous. I am moving to get a 2 BR (I currently have 1) and not paying much more for the increase in size. The garage is smelly and they won't turn on the fans, you may have to call maintainence a few times to come but atleast they do a good job (when they show up). There are pot smokers above us who will not stop smoking. It comes into our apartment and bothers our allergies making it hard to breath. We have called management who said they would do nothing. Overall who wants to live in a place that is 200 bucks more a month than the next most expensive place on the block and still in the same neighborhood. Its remodeled but there are still some things that aren't the same as new ones, windows, washer and dryer, air conditioner, walls, etc. I would not recommend it, we are out after one year.
