I'm a Travel Nurse placed here by my travel company. Terrible place:
1. Management does not return calls
2. Maintenence is slow to respond
3. I'm on the 3rd floor and a heavy rain causes my apt. to flood - you get a fan to dry it out.
4. No landscaping - just lots of dog poop everywhere.
5. Security doors are often broken and it took a month to get repaired.
6. Stairwells are dark, dirty, and smell of urine.
7. Trash room over flows with trash since the trash drop is often full - needs to be emptied more often.
8. The blinds in my apartment were terribly filthy and had broken slats - I asked to have them replaced and they were still hanging when I left.
9. The washer/dryer is small/stackable/and very old.
10. Elevator did not work part of the time.
11. The parking garage accomodates only compact cars - if you have something larger, you will have to park on the street.
