I have been at BC for a year and I like it. The management is pleasant and the maintenance guys have been very responsive. The covered parking, W/D and pets-OK are definite pluses.
The main drawback is the location. There isn't much in walking distance so you have to drive about 15 mintues to do or eat anything worthwhile. Cameron Station is about a mile away which has a few shops, but it's not like living in Old Town.
One caution, if you live on the first floor, you may experience sink backups. This happened to me several weeks in a row but the maintenance responded quickly. Also, the complex was bought this year by Sawyer Apartments and certain benefits - happy hours, community meetings - were discontinued.
