Recently, I looked at over 17 apartments in this area. bartons Crossing caught my attention, for what reason, who knows. We went to see the apartments, and my boyfriend ha to give his ID to see the apartment. We accidently left it there, and 3 days later I went back to see if it was there, and it was! They had it, and didnt even think to call.. and tell us they had it. Then, we went to show our parents the apartment, and our "leasing proffesional" didnt even put the paper work through, so we stood there while they tried to find it. We were told, "its ten to five, please hurry." (Well if they had our paperwork we wouldnt have been waiting).Then, I called to get our address, to set up power, and i was told by one of the "leasing professionals" that someone had been moving into our apartment! She said she would call me back. She never did, I ended up calling her back, and she told me"We put them somewhere else" as if I was the inconvinenece! Sorry.. I am only paying 1500 dollars a month. The address on our lease was not right, and it had to be typed up 3 times before it was correct. the 350 you pay, is told to you as a "administrative fee"..noo its for them to redecorate- so dont pay it until your approved. (I learned that). Also, Dont try to move in a day early, because they will fine you.
If i can give you any advice, dont move here. its more hassle than anything.
Also, your "leasing professional" is going to say, "yeah yeah it will be no problem, you guys will get approved, no problem" then come the day, you arent approved. Its not worth it.
