Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
While it is pricey for rent at Barton's Crossing the staff and maitenance crew has been nothing but wonderful here. When we first signed a lease back in Feb. of 2007 we were assigned to an apartment and told we could move in on March 31st, which was when we had to be out of our old apartment. Well while the companies switched from Sawyer to Bainbridge during the months before there was a bit disorganization and they are still combing through things but that comes with every job where someone new takes over.
The night before we were given the wrong key and couldn't get in to look at our apartment, we called maitenance and they came to cut a new key within ten minutes of our call but when I got into the apartment I was in complete horror, no one knew we were moving in and the carpet had not been replaced nor had the apartment been painted. The next day we were moving in and the new company and it's new employees arranged for us to be in the same building and a brand new apartment with the same fixtures and all, I couldn't have been more happier with Bainbridge and Barton's Crossing.
I would recommend this place to anyone while the new staff is great, and the dog friendly nieighborhood is a plus, new landscaping, new pool furniture is wonderful-they are constantly doing new work and everything is well maintained. The only problem I have it sometimes messages are not returned, and people leave couches and odd materials lying around the staff is quick to respond.
