Don't judge this book by its cover! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   This apartment complex is unacceptable for what we pay for rent. While it looks good on the outside, the inside, which are the details that count more so, do not work like expected. I cannot go into detail, but our appliances need help as well as the appliances above us as we can see remnants in our ceiling, several times. It was fixed the cheapest way, which will most likely result with old water in the ceiling wood. I do not think things are fixed how they should be, things are fixed temporarily, or the cheapest way until whatever breaks again. The noise level is very sensitive, and annoying. The parking garages are another story, definitely half of what makes this place so terrible. Vomit, leaky pipes, ruptured ceiling tiles, and a latrine smell/puddle is the worst when you have a small baby. Also cramped parking spaces, packed next to walls. Priorities are way out of order when fixing this apartment complex up. Don't judge this book by its cover!
