Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I must say I have been here since July 2005, and the only upgrade I have seen is in the rent. Insted of using the ridiculous increase in rent to install new washer and dryers, they put in a new parking lot. Parking garages are dark, and smelly. The elevators are often dishonored by pets in the building. I have the Edinbourgh layout($1800 monthly) and my balcony is filled with rusty nails wich can cause a health hazard. The walls are superthin, so it seems like the neighbors above are river dancing constantly. New management has taken over, but they offer no military specials , but a raise in rent. Overall I am highly dissapointed in the way things have transpired over the years. ***PLEASE RENT ELSWHERE!!!***
