Though I have not officially moved into this complex yet, my overall experience with management has been terrific! On Thursday, I visited the complex to view the various floor plans. Initially I had my eye on the Edinborough (2 bdr 2 bath), but Dominic suggested I look at the Decatur (1 bdr 1 den) to see if I'd like that better. I immediately fell in love with that floor plan! I brought my parents back later that day and Dominic took the time to re-explain and show my parents all of the floor plans he had shown me earlier that day. He was suppose to get off at 7:00pm but stayed until 8:00pm showing us the various foor plans. We ended up purchasing the apartment that day mainly because of the hospitality and patience that Dominic showed us. Hopefully this is a sign of what's to come. I will re-post once I move in to update you all on my Bartons Crossing experience--but so far, so Good!

Most looking forward to the following features:
- Underground parking (every tenant gets 1 garage parking spot)
- Pet friendly, yet clean (though this is a pet friendly complex, I did not see any trace of dog/pet mess)
- Movie theatre/fitness center/b-ball court
- Spacious apt. (Decatur is great!)
- Low prices (received $100 off every month, plus first month free!)
- 1 minute away from Landmark mall (ladies, you know what I mean!)

You apparently didn't ride in the elevators of building 3. They are always filled with puddles of dog urine b/c pet owners do not respect the no animals in the elevators signs.

I'm considering living here. Have you had any problems with bugs or anything else? Do you still like it there?

In response to the 3rd comment, yes I still like it here. I will be doing an in depth review in about 2-3 months regarding my experience thus far. But in the mean time, below is my mini compilation: Prior to moving into the complex, I had a little run-in with management. However, not to go into detail, we were able to come to a fair resolution. Once moved in, I was able to fit all my furniture in as I expected. However, I noticed the room was shaped a little differently than I had remember from the model home, so I had to do some readjusting to fit all my furniture in the room (the Decatur model that they show you make the room appear deceitfully larger than it is???but don???t get me wrong, it is still a spacious floor plan and I have plenty of room to walk around). As for the bugs, yes I did notice when I moved in that there were these little spider looking things. They are not spiders I don't think, but that's the best way I can describe them. They are really tiny and they have little legs. Anyway, I raided the whole house, and I've only noticed one or two since that raid (which was about 1 week ago). I'm thinking about reporting the issue to Management though, so that they can do one more sweep. My final thought is this: it's summer time so you're going to have a few bugs here and there. If you live on the bottom levels, you'll probably have more bugs than those living on the top levels. I can honestly say that the bugs are tolerable since there aren't that many, however it would be great if there were none! Hopefully, I can accomplish this after scheduling my pest control visit through management. If you have any other questions, please ask, because I was in your shoes a few months ago, and I found a lot of my answers on here!
