I am curious ---what are current renters paying for the cameron and berkshire model. I will be in building 3.. I have looked at the online floor plan and compared the actual model to the floor plan and it seems very small. I was told that I would be charged 1360 for the apt.. but it has white appliances and white cabinets.. not even the newer wood cabinets and black appliances.

Am I being ripped off :( '' I really want to know what other people are paying, because it seems like some people are paying relatively nothing, while others are paying sky high rent.

ok, but doesn't it seem very small.. I haven't moved in yet, but I'm now looking at millbrook at mark center. I'm thinking that maybe I should just forego the deposit for more space.. Do you even have enough room to put a table in the cameron model? seriously.. maybe my model is smaller, although I thought the cameron was the same size, where the heck does one put a dining room table? The living area is small and the sunroom seems to make the apartment even smaller. I'm very unhappy.. and I haven't even moved in yet.. :-( Also, I have a pet, and I don't think my cat will like it there, since there's carpet and not hardwood floors. I should really just forego the deposit and find something with more space.

That's funny. Your cat doesn't like carpet? Well, I would say that it is way too much money for a tiny apartment and I would look somewhere else or rent a house.

The darker kitchen was previously renovated. The white kitchen is the newly renovated. I personally like the darker kitchen - and it's cheaper.
