I moved into the complex after looking at about 30 other apartments in Alexandria. It's a very nice apartment for the price, and one of the very few with free underground parking. There is also ample open parking for guests. The community does allow pets, but is kept very clean and free of any pet related odors. The staff has been very friendly and always helpful. I've had a few minor maintanence requests, and they've been resolved very quickly. I do not hear anything from the apartments beside me, but I do hear my neighbor upstairs; I guess that is to be expected. I would definitely recommend this community to others.
