Ive been living here from April 2008 to present (Febuary 09). Im in a 1bd/1ba 720Sqft model. This place is a nice size for a single male or female. Nice size kitchen, bathroom, and closet. Bedroom may be crowded with a Queen size bed, dresser and night stands. Each apt comes with Alarm system already activated, Garage parking space ,and of course access to the Fitness area, movie room and business center. The way the Living room is set-up makes it impossible to have options as to how to set up couch, love seat, etc. Kitchen has renovated cabinets for high rent prices. My microwave is horrble and takes double of what the normal microwave would need. Washer n dryer are small(stackable). Dryer has never worked well. One load of clothes in after dryer hasnt been used for a while will take FOREVER to dry. Very spacious closets though!!! If two people shower (one after the other) the 2nd person will most likely run out of hot water which can be very annoying because it takes a while to get warm again.Bathroom itself and Kitchen dont have enough drawer space i think. So if your looking for alot of cabinet space you will definetly not find that here. Maintenance has always responded promptly.Balconys vary in size but all have wooden floors. doesnt look sterdy at all but i have never had a problem with it. Ventalation has always been a problem for me. If it is set to 75 degrees. It will feel fine in living area but in bedroom it gets extremely hott but only while the system is on. i think ventalation could have been constructed different to be more effective. Overall i would refer someone to "BC" if i didnt know of any better for a price that could be it. One thing i must add. They up'd my rent $100 after a 12 month lease. this apt is not worth anymore than 1300 in my opinion
